What FilePreserve is
FilePreserve is a Salesforce managed package. It archives old file attachments to an AWS S3 bucket you own to cut Salesforce storage costs, then merges files from any related list on the records you pick into one audit-ready PDF. Archived files come back automatically, so nobody restores them by hand first.

Your own S3 bucket
